Shipping Policy

We want the peace of mind that you aren't going to be sat waiting to long for your parcel. That is why we dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed. We use a variety of shipping companies depending on who can deliver to you in the best time frame but do not worry we will give you a tracking number so you can watch your parcel on its way!

Pre-order items are not included in 24 hour dispatch, they will be shipped separately to save you waiting for your whole order. This is at no additional charge to you! Pre-order items can take up to 21 days to arrive so please be aware of this when ordering (although you generally will get them within 14 days).

We do offer next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm but this does come at an additional cost.
