Welcome to The Endo Spot. We’re a small UK-based business created with the endometriosis and chronic illness community in mind, and we aim to make your experience as smooth and supportive as possible.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service demand. Please note that delays outside of our control (such as postal strikes or severe weather) may occasionally occur.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return for change-of-mind items.

Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original packaging
In a resaleable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (including personal care or hygiene products) cannot be returned once opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to be returned in line with our returns process.
